Shopping centers are the bread and butter of my freelance business. It’s where it all began. My first love. Shopping centers have a unique situation now in the current decade–bringing customers to the center, promoting the retailers and tenants, and capturing sales at the management level and retail level. This means designs must attract attention both off property and on, they can’t fade into the background. Shoppers are used to seeing so many advertisements, signs and barricades while shopping, designs need to be attention-grabbing rather than subtle, with color and images to represent the customer, season, and current trends.

I’ve designed a wide variety of marketing collateral for my shopping center clients over the past 12 years: print and digital ads, billboards, 22×28 signs, barricades, event collateral, logos, email blasts and social media images, and much more. I’ve also done a large amount of work for retailers at these centers.

The galleries below, separated by design type, display the wide variety of projects I’ve completed for the many shopping centers I’ve worked with over the past 12 years.
